It’s important we learn as much as we can about you before we start working together. This includes your goals, home context and if you have a deadline or budget. We will setup a free 30-minute call with you, ideally over Zoom, so we can meet you and see which areas of paperwork you want to focus on. We will also talk through our process and next steps in more detail.

We will open any unopened items and sort like-for-like paperwork into piles. We will filter as we go, as you decide what can be recycled, shredded or discarded. If you are short on time, we can sort the paperwork into piles for you, so you only have to decide which items need to be discarded.

Outcome: Neat piles of reduced down and filtered paperwork, ready to be categorised.

We will work together to establish the right categories for your paperwork (i.e. current/active or historical/archive) based on what remains. We will create labels and work through each pile systematically, placing the paperwork into each category or sub category as required.

Outcome: categorised paperwork ready to be stored in containers.

We will place the categorised paperwork into appropriate files or containers, reusing your own folders, filing cabinets or cupboards if we can. If they aren’t suitable, or you need more, we will provide recommendations of where to source these products. Our recommendations will focus on products that are budget and planet friendly.

Outcome: A slimmed down organised system for all of your paperwork.
