How do I book you?

Please fill out our booking form, which you can find here. We will reach out to you via email to arrange a time to have a free 30-minute Consultation Call. We usually do this call on Zoom or Google Meet so you can show us your home but a phone call is just as easy if you prefer. However, we will ask you to email us some photos of your rooms before our call so we can see your home before providing a recommendation on how long it will take and how much it will cost (see Packages and Pricing).

Do I have to be involved?

If you are doing a face-to-face KonMari Method™ Tidying Festival or using the more Traditional Home Organising Method of decluttering and organising, then we recommend that you are involved throughout, as this gives you the chance to experience the process and learn how to maintain the systems we co-create. However, if you have limited time, we can reduce the amount of time you need to be involved to decluttering only (deciding what you want to keep versus donate, recycle or throw away) and we will finish sorting and organising your belongings for you.

If you are using our Virtual Organising Service, then absolutely you need to be involved as you are the person doing the decluttering and organising with our support.

If you are focusing on Paperwork only (see Paperwork Simplified) then we recommend that you are involved in the process, as this gives you the chance to experience the process first hand and to learn how to maintain the systems we co-create. However, if you have limited time, we can reduce the amount of time you need to be involved to just deciding what paperwork you want to discard during Step 2 (Sort and Filter) and what categories you want to use in Step 3 (Categorise). We can then do the rest for you.

Which area do you service?

We are based in Cheshire, in the North West of England. We service clients face-to-face all over Cheshire, We will travel to your home every day to work together. Please see our terms and conditions for more detail. If you are not based in Cheshire, you can either work with us remotely using our Virtual Organising Service, or we can travel to you at an additional cost.

How long will it take me?

This all depends on how much you need to organise. You may just want your kitchen and pantry decluttered and organised, or you may want your whole house done. Once we have talked through your needs and goals during the Consultation Call, we will provide a recommendation on how long it will take and which is the best package or pricing for your situation and budget.

How much will it cost?

We will recommend a Package for you based on what you need and your budget. If during the process you decide you want more cupboards or rooms to be decluttered and organised and therefore need more time, we will provide you with a price for the extra hours.
