Our process.

Welcome to our most comprehensive and bespoke service, where we will declutter, organise, restyle and stage your home for you and continue to keep it organised anytime you want. If you are a busy professional balancing work and family life, or do not have the time or capacity to organise your home yourself, let us do it for you.

Step 1: Consultation Call

It’s important that we learn as much as we can about you before we start. This includes understanding your goals, your home context, your deadline and budget. We will setup a call to talk and to schedule the home visit.
Outcome: an understanding of what you want to achieve and how we can help.
Step 2: Home Visit

We will visit your home and ask you to walk us through all of the rooms that you want us to declutter, organise, restyle and stage. We will take photos, videos and measurements of each area as required. We will assess the scale and complexity of the project and come up with a detailed plan and price.
Outcome: We charge £500 to create a detailed plan and estimate. If you decide to go ahead with the plan, then this £500 is deducted from your final bill.
Step 3: Declutter

Ideally you will have enough time to work with us to decide what you want to keep or discard. If not, we can work independently and provide recommendations to you on which items might be best to donate or dispose of (i.e. they are broken or you have duplicates) but the final decision will be yours. If any confidential paperwork is destroyed we will provide certificate’s of destruction (COD).
Outcome: A decluttered house.
Step 4: Organise

As each space or room is decluttered we will organise your remaining belongings. We will review your existing storage to see if it is sufficient. If it isn't, we will make personalised recommendations for additional storage containers, products and systems. We will source and supply these items for you, which will be billed as an expense.
Outcome: An organised house.
Step 5: Style & Stage

We will optimise your space by moving or adjusting your existing furniture and layout to make the best use of your space. We will recommend how to refresh the look and feel of each space by providing accessory and product recommendations and bring in 3rd party experts from our network to repaint any rooms if required. Finally, we will stage each room for you to make it look calm and welcoming.
Outcome: Optimised and staged look and feel for each selected room.
Step 6: Maintain

We will come back periodically (every week, every month, every 3 months, every 6 months, or once a year depending on your preference) to tidy items away where they belong, organise any recent purchases into storage units or source and supply more storage containers on your behalf. Any additional items will be billed as an expense.
Outcome: A home that is continuously ordered, maintained and tidy.

We will provide a dedicated team throughout the project so we get familiar with your taste and preferences. This will enable us to learn where all your items belong and how you like your home to be staged, so we can quickly tidy away items and get your home back to looking great again.

One Dedicated Team

We will make personalised product recommendations to you throughout the project and source these on your behalf. We will install and stage these items in your home when it is convenient for you.

We will provide unlimited support during the decluttering and organising phases of the project, whether it is on the phone or via email. We will also prioritise in person support if you need extra help organising your home for a special event.
